Utilities
The tenant is responsible for connecting and disconnecting the required utilities account in their name and paying for the services to the property.
Note - If the property does not have a separate water meter, as with most units, you will not be charged for water usage. If there is a separate water meter at your property, then the tenant will be responsible for the water usage and payment. This will be advised to you within your Rental Tenancy Agreement.
