Keys
It is the tenants responsibility to ensure the keys are kept secure during their time of possession. If lost, they must contact our office or property manager immediately.
If locks are changed, added or altered, permission will need to be obtained prior to the action. A new set of duplicate keys are to be supplied to our office.
